Under the following conditions and for no fee, you may use images by Trinley Dorje (The Artist) in an educational workshop or lecture:
– As a “power point” presentation
– A slide talk, or
– Using an overhead projector lecture

1) Downloading or capturing images from the website, web search or social media is strictly prohibited. Contact the artist directly to request jpegs, resolution no higher than 150 dpi.

NO permission is granted for fliers, xeroxes or reproductions of any kind for use in educational or non-educational purposes.

No blotter art.
No personal business promotion.  This includes business cards, brochures, web sites, etc.

Trinley Dorje does NOT allow her art to be collaged, customized, copied, adapted, incorporated, photoshopped, or in anyway altered or used within another work of art. She does NOT give permission to use her artwork within another artists work.

Uploading or downloading works protected by copyright without the authority of the copyright owner is an infringement of the copyright owner’s exclusive rights of reproduction and/or distribution. Anyone found to have infringed a copyrighted work may be liable for statutory damages up to $20,000 for each work infringed and, if willful infringement is proven by the copyright owner, that amount may be increased up to $150,000 for each work infringed. In addition, an infringer of a work may also be liable for the attorney’s fees incurred by the copyright owner to enforce his or her rights.
